Job Description
Job summary :
- Coordinate and evolve a new global process management framework that will ensure we strengthen our oversight of key global support processes.
- Manage and coordinate accuracy and timely revision of process documentation with process owners.
- Establish process controls to ensure compliance with audit and ISAE 3402.
- Seek global alignment on common processes with the regional support centres
- Drive continuous improvements on current support processes
- Coordinate the preparation, execution and follow up for an annual global business continuity exercise with customer participation. This includes:
- selecting and inviting customers to participate
- Follow up on customer registrations
- Prepare and provisioning of tracking tools (excel and others)
- hold regular core team coordination meetings
- Be onsite during the customer test, follow up on the exercise execution by customers, coordinating with onsite support and operations teams
- Follow up on test results
- Follow survey to customers
- compile a customer test result report.
Client Description
For our client; SWIFT, we are currently looking for a Customer Administrator for a 6-month contract.
Candidate Profile
Your profile :
- You have a good command of MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,..)
- You have already worked with SAP
- You are fluent in English
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Advance skills in manipulating data for feeding multiple applications.
